Details

45,000 employees and retirees of the FAA dating back to February of 2006.

Hackers broke into the FAA computer system and accessed files containing personal information of those affected. Those affected have been notified by letter in the past week. An investigation is pending.

Details

Seven Wisconsin residents were affected by this compromise.

Sample Letter : Jet Direct LLC

JetDirect, LLC notified the OPP of a laptop stolen from an accounting area at a facility located at 97 Libbey Prkwy, Weymouth, MA. The laptop was password protected, but the data contained was not encrypted.

Letters have been sent to those affected by this breach.

Those affected should place a fraud alert on their credit reports and close any bank accounts that were involved.
