Details

Approximately 59,000 employees. The company indicated that there are victims in all 50 states. Those affected have received notification letters.

A hacker accessed the company mainframe and downloaded the personal data. Investigators were able to trace the hacker’s IP address and identify the suspect who has a long criminal record. The suspect is at large and the FBI is involved in the search.

Details

Approximately 97,000 US employees.

A laptop containing personal information was stolen from the corporate facility. Notification letters have been sent to all employees affected. To date there is no indication that the information is being used to commit fraud. Free credit monitoring services through Equifax have been offered.
