An affiliate company of LexisNexis, Seisint, has notified affected individuals of a data breach this week. The incident is an open investigation and occurred when misuse of access to a paid account was determined by the fraud monitoring team at the company. All individuals have been notified and are being offered free credit monitoring for one year. |

Local Law Enforcement in Green Bay contacted Bellin Health after a federal law enforcement action at a local home discovered documents containing medical information from Bellin Health. An investigation is pending. |
