Approximately 535,000 individuals with VA-related information and information on approximately 1.3 million non-VA physicians.

A VA employee reported a government owned, portable hard drive missing. Data files contained sensitive information for both living and deceased individuals. The employee has been put on administrative leave pending an investigation. Individuals affected will be notified within the next week and will be offered free credit report monitoring for one year.

Assembly members and Aides have been affected by a data breach of personal information. The information was contained in a report that was stolen from a human resource employee's car.
